The Empowered Path Membership is my structured, developmental approach to guiding students through high school with clarity, direction, and momentum.

Designed for families who want consistent guidance — without the pressure of a multi-year comprehensive contract — this model provides monthly accountability, strategic planning, and personalized support at every stage.

Students in:

• 9th Grade (Discovery & Foundations)
• 10th Grade (Exploration & Skill Building)
• 11th Grade (Strategy & Positioning)
   

Families who:

• Want their student to be the driver in the process
• Value structure and accountability
• Prefer steady guidance over last-minute scrambling
• Appreciate a calm, strategic approach

Grades 9–10

$350/month
$500 onboarding

This tier focuses on building identity, academic direction, and intentional engagement during the early high school years.

Includes:

• 1 student meeting per month (45–60 minutes)
• Personalized action plan after each meeting
• Course planning guidance
• Activity and summer strategy development
• Career and aptitude assessment (as appropriate) 
• Quarterly parent check-in
• Structured communication through CounselMore
• Email support with 48-hour response window (weekdays)
   

This stage is about developing self-awareness, initiative, and strong habits — laying the groundwork for confident decision-making later.

Grade 11

$475/month
$500 onboarding (if new to the practice)

Junior year is where intention meets positioning.

This tier includes deeper strategic work as students begin shaping their college list and personal narrative. Designed to prepare students for a confident, organized transition into senior year.

Includes:

• 2 student meetings per month (45–60 minutes)
• College list development and refinement
• Activity positioning and impact review
• Summer planning aligned with long-term goals 
• Early personal statement brainstorming 
• Parent strategy sessions as needed 
• Structured deadlines and timeline management
• Email support with 48-hour response window (weekdays)
   

This is a proactive year — not a reactive one.

Students entering 12th grade may transition into a dedicated Senior Year Support package designed specifically for the intensity of application season.

That structured sprint provides focused essay guidance, application review, and deadline management during fall deadlines.

College admissions success is built over time — not in a last-minute rush.

Monthly meetings create rhythm.

Students grow into the process — rather than being overwhelmed by it.

Membership is designed as an ongoing, developmental advisory relationship.

Enrollment includes a 3-month minimum commitment, beginning at the time of enrollment. After the initial term, membership continues on a month-to-month basis with 30 days written notice required for cancellation.

Membership continues year-round to maintain momentum and accountability. If scheduling conflicts arise, meetings may be adjusted within the same month when possible.

Because continuity is central to this model, membership is not structured as a pause-and-resume service.

Enrollment includes a $500 onboarding process, which allows us to:

• Conduct an in-depth intake session
• Align with parents on expectations and goals
• Build a personalized roadmap
• Establish systems for accountability
   

Membership spots are limited to ensure each student receives thoughtful attention and consistent support.
